The production facilities are equipped with the most modern machinery, so that we can deliver components efficiently and on schedule.
The pump components are manufactured to the highest standards by experienced personel. As a guarantee the production company has been certified according to DIN EN 13980 and DIN EN ISO 9001.

The rotors are made from high quality stainless steel 1.4571 or hardened tooling steel 1.2436 with/without hard chromium plating or Duclile-plating. The extra plating is much harder and therefore a much longer service life will be achieved.
The other main components are made from high quality stainless steel 1.4571 or hardened tooling steel 1.2436.

The stator materials are selected individually according to the medium to be pumped and the material can be produced from a solid as well as from an elastomer.
